NEW GARMENT PRE-WASH INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for choosing GIORA. To ensure the best fit, color retention, fabric performance, and long-lasting quality of your garment, we recommend washing it before first wear. Turn the garment inside out and wash separately in cold water (maximum 30°C) using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and prolonged soaking, as these may affect the fabric, color, and embroidery details. During the first wash, it is advisable to wash the garment separately or with similar colors only.

For ongoing care, machine wash on a gentle cycle and remove promptly after washing. Dry the garment in the shade and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to help preserve its original color and finish. If ironing is required, iron the garment inside out at a low temperature and avoid direct contact with embroidery, logos, or printed details. A small amount of natural shrinkage of up to 2–3% may occur after the first wash. Following these care instructions will help maintain the garment’s softness, shape, color richness, and premium appearance for years to come.

RETURN WINDOW

RETURN PROCESS

4. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product. Shipping reimbursement may be provided upon approval.

REFUNDS
